Assembly instructions for repair stations

Assembly along with pouring a concrete foundation

  • The first step is to ensure a stable foundation to which it can be attached. Typically, when the bike repair station is located on greenery, we dig a small hole in the ground about 60 cm wide x 70 cm long x 20 cm deep. Then, we fill the hole with concrete and level it using a level.
  • After the concrete has cured (approximately 2 days), we drill four holes and fill them with chemical anchors, then insert threaded rods. After about 15 minutes, the station can be screwed in.
  • If the station is being mounted on paving stones or another hard surface, there is no such issue, and we proceed directly to the next step. We drill four holes to apply chemical anchors and insert the threaded rods into them.
  • “Next, we place the station on top of them and secure it to the ground using screws.
